Where we deliver

We deliver across Bangladesh. We do not ship outside Bangladesh.

Delivery charges and time

• Inside Dhaka: ৳60, about 2 days
• Outside Dhaka: ৳120, about 5 days

The exact charge for your district is shown at checkout before you place the order. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed.

Tracking

Once your order is handed to the courier you can follow it from your order page. If you gave an email address, updates are sent there as well.

Bulk and quotation orders

Delivery for orders supplied on a quotation is arranged as part of that quotation. See Bulk order.

Lost or damaged parcels

Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. For a product that arrives damaged, see the Return & Refund Policy.
